Coach Erin Otagaki began playing soccer on the fields of Hawaii. Her wonderful experiences in youth soccer in the islands inspired her to continue her playing career at the University of Washington, where she became a PAC-12 Conference Champion. Upon graduation, Erin pursued her master's degree in education while also beginning her coaching career with her beloved Huskies. In addition to the University of Washington, Erin's career has presented amazing coaching opportunities across the country including Purdue University, University of Nevada, and Washington State University. Erin is thrilled to return home to share her knowledge and passion for the game with Hawaii's next generation of rising soccer stars!
A pioneer in women's soccer, Parrissa has excelled at both collegiate and professional levels. At Purdue University, she became one of the program's most decorated athletes with consistent all-conference team selections. Her standout senior season earned her Big Ten Offensive Player of the Year and First-Team All-American honors—making her the first and only player in Purdue Soccer history to achieve this prestigious recognition.
Her collegiate success led to selection for the U-23 US Women's National Team and being drafted professionally by the Washington Freedom in the Women's Professional Soccer league, where she competed alongside legends like World Cup champion Abby Wambach and FIFA Ballon d'Or winner Homare Sawa.
With 20 years of coaching experience across all skill levels, Parrissa creates training environments balancing technical development with enjoyment of the game.
