Rising Star Training (4-5 year olds)

RISE Soccer Training turns movement into pure fun! Our 30-minute sessions help little athletes explore spatial awareness, balance, and coordination through exciting games that keep them engaged and moving. Each class builds essential motor skills while teaching teamwork and body control in a playful, energetic environment.

These foundational movement skills are crucial for every child's development, regardless of their future athletic interests. Spatial awareness and body control require significant brain power. Rise Up Training (6 and older)

Our 60-minute session is designed for players ready to take their soccer development seriously. This intensive supplemental training allows dedicated young athletes to unlock their next level of play through focused technical repetition and precision execution in a dynamic, game-realistic environment.

The RISE system strategically introduces advanced skill sets while perfecting fundamental techniques that separate good players from great ones. Our 60-minute sessions give athletes in any sport the space to sharpen their explosiveness, speed, and reaction time through dynamic drills that challenge both the body and the mind. Offered twice a week, each session pushes athletes to move faster, react quicker, and perform with greater precision under pressure.

These skills translate far beyond the field or court. Footwork and agility are the foundation of elite performance in virtually every sport — from cutting past defenders to tracking down a fly ball or planting for a powerful serve. Frequently Asked Questions

  • Just bring a water bottle, cleats, and shinguards. We provide all other equipment for training, including soccer balls.

  • We have a maximum of eight athletes per coach to ensure your child gets as much attention and instruction as possible during their time with us.

  • While our facility is completely fenced and secure, we do ask that you remain with your child for the duration of their session.

  • Yes, there is ample street parking available at our facility.

  • Yes, we have plenty of shade available as well as a pavilion in the case of inclement weather.
